My car was involved in a hit and run and I really needed a car. I had Josh help me out and he was AMAZING! He had redbull and snacks and he was so fun to talk to. Josh helped me find my 2013 Honda accord ex and i absolutely love the car! Josh gave me such a great experience even under the stress I had. Josh even gifted me a back trash can for my new car!! It was an awesome experience!

Josh was amazing!!! Absolutely knowledgeable about the area and got us a wonderful car. Very helpful being that we are a military family and it can be rough planning big purchases around deployments. Super kind and definitely a cool dude. Shane and all other staff members super awesome too. Thank you for the help!!!

These guys are amazing! I didn't think I'd be approved, but they put their magic wands together...Power Ranger style ???♂️?♀️? ...and made it happen! They don't only want to sell cars, they really do care about their customers. Jalanta is the young man I worked with, and he even came in on his day off to help make it happen! I had a wonderful experience here. I was helped by Josh and he was a complete delight. He has snacks and energy drinks for his appointments which was super appreciated. He understood that I was looking for a specific car and looked at every avenue possible to get me one of my dream cars. Definitely recommend this place to anyone.

I recently purchased my first dealership car from Kitsap auto and I have nothing bad to say at all, from the second we got to their dealership they were helping us find our perfect car. Rob was the salesman who helped put us in our beautiful new car which was exactly what we had in mind. From the moment we pulled up to Kitsap Auto Outlet we were treated wonderfully! Our salesperson, Shaun, was wonderful to work with- a great mix of humor and knowledge. This was our second time buying a car from Kitsap Auto Outlet and will not be our last. We will be back and we will ask for Shaun.
We sent our 17 year old daughter the next day to get a second key made (a great service!!) and she was blown away with the service as well. She said "they treated me like a princess!"

Brent Baird is some of the best of the best when it comes to customer service, and him and his mechanic team are bar none some of the best I have ever had the experience of working with.
They are always respectful, always smiling, always upfront with charge breakdowns, services, time frame, there has never been a time where I felt like my money or time was being wasted when at Kitsap Auto Outlet or dealing with Brent Baird on the mechanic side of things.

Nick was great and made my first time buying a car super easy! He continues to make sure I’m enjoying my car and assures me if I have any questions to not hesitate to give him a call.
A few weeks later, there was a concern I had with my car and Brent and David were very accommodating and kind! They were quick to help me and gave me a good solution to my concern.
